Why choose The Prop Emporium?
That’s easy, we know the industry, have extensive experience in styling and sourcing props and we are affordable. We are also really friendly! It goes without saying that we love a great party but beware, our enthusiasm has been known to be infectious.
How do I place a hire order?
- Browse our website and take note of the products you are interested in.
- Complete the details form on our contact page advising date of event, items required and quantities.
- Submit the enquiry.
- We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm if the items you requested are available for hire.
- An invoice will be sent to you with total items requested, deposit and bond payment details.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. There is no minimum order requirement.
However a bond is still applicable to one item as it is for multiple hire.
How long is the hire period?
The hire period is 4 days. Usually from Friday prior to the event to Monday following the event. All items are to be returned no later than Tuesday following the event.
Is delivery available?
We prefer pick up however if delivery is required please contact us for a quotation.
Where are you located?
We are located in Endeavour Hills Victoria, South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Are items required to be washed prior to return?
No. We will take care of all washing of our items.
At times the venue may wish to wash our items, that’s ok, just ensure that they are hand washed only as dishwasher is not recommended as many of our items are fragile
What happens if an item is broken?
In the event of any breakages (including any attempted fixes) a replacement charge will be incurred. This is calculated as the replacement value of the broken or lost item and shall be deducted from the original bond payment. If the cost to replace the item is greater than bond supplied, the hiree agrees to pay for all additional costs incurred to replace the item/items.
